Very bad scooty total money waste. I have bought it now it is not running daily new new problem occurs. Showroom owners and agency owners are providing the worst service ever. They just want money or nothing else. Do not buy this scooty by bicycle in the place of it. the worst service and worst scooty.

Pathetic service, every month 5-6 times it will break down, and the service takes too much time, each visit they will charge 700 -800 rupees, but no use after some days again it will break down After complaining about the reduced rage for some months they came and took the battery and went, no update about the battery, more than 4 months over, don't buy their products, and no response from the company also.

false information agent told me the speed was 60KMPH, which is wrong, the max speed is 50, the seat is not comfortable when you ride and too harsh when riding long, the build quality is too cheap and low, body part and frame removed from anywhere, the battery goes down suddenly when you ride and doesn't give any alert before battery down. Humble Request Don't buy.

Very bad experience of electric scooter

Very bad buying experience and the service of hero electric is worse. Parts of this scooty are very expensive. Riding experience is very bad. Cheap quality plastic is used in this scooty. I regret my decision to buy this electric scooter. The only good thing is the very low running cost and is environment friendly this is the only reason I gave 2 stars.

1. It's a poor plastic bike.2. No proper service from Hero after purchasing. 3. No spares will be available. 4. Lights and switches will also not be available in service centers. You need to wait for months. 5. If the vehicle gets wet in the rain, Switches and lights will not work properly. 6. There are no proper service centers in Hyderabad for Hero bikes.7. I am staying in a village; after ORR, there are no street lights while going to my village. I have been waiting for a switch change for the last 3 months. So far, they haven't changed the switch. It's very difficult for me to ride the bike without a light at night. I'm carrying the torch light along with me and managing with that. ---Don't buy this kind of bike, spend a little extra and go for the bikes that will provide better quality. I spent around 1 lack for this bike. Now I feel like I have wasted 1 lack.
